Shipping policy

Local Pickup:
Local pick up is available at our shop in Saint Charles, Illinois. 

After making your order we will contact you to to schedule an appointment. The shop is open Monday-Friday.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped with insurance. This adds to the cost of shipping but protects both parties in the event that a package is damaged or lost.

At our discretion packages can be shipped “Signature Required”.

ALL orders $500+ are shipped “Signature Required”.

By default all orders are shipped to the billing address. If this is an issue email us and we can provide other options.
