4.2L I6 Trailblazer/Envoy/Saab Trailblazer Plug and Play Fan Kit

Introducing our new plug and play fan kit for the six cylinder trailblazers! This kit includes a custom made fan shroud and utilizes a powerful single SPAL fan unit. In the 02-07 models, the fan is controlled by a thermostatic switch that you will tap into your water housing outlet (tap and drill bit included!) The 08+ models are controlled by the PCM (to which you will add another computer pin to). Also includes wiring harness that plugs into fan, two splices into fuse box (wire tap splices included) and gets power and ground near the battery.

Average install time 1.5 hours. Requires fan patch (free! just cover return shipping) to delete fan codes from PCM (02-07) or to operate fans (08+). Our efans have been credited with gains from 12-18rwhp and usually pick up a MPG also! 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high performance of the SPAL fan, it will be louder than your factory fan. It is a single speed on/off fan.
