Trailblazer SS Stand Alone Brake Duct Mount Transmission Cooler Kit

This cooler kit remote mounts a transmission cooler in the brake duct on the drivers side of the truck. It includes enough line to completely bypass the radiator. You can toss out those old rusty stock transmission cooler lines. This keeps the transmission fluid heat out of the engines cooling system not only by removing it from the radiator but by not putting the cooler in front of the radiator and AC condenser you allow the radiator more cool air. This cooler kit can significantly improve performance and extends transmission life. Wear is reduced when transmission oil temperatures are kept to a minimum. Our kit uses a high efficiency stacked plate heat exchanger, and requires no cutting to the vehicles cooler lines and only very minor modification otherwise.
